It saddens me to hear about the passing of a wonderful high school friend. Some of my warmest high school memories include this wonderful friend. Rest in peace, see you on the other side. Connie

I join all of your comments.  I've lived away from KCK for more years than I actually lived there.  And I remember our classmates the way they were back in the day.  To hear about Linda's passing is so surprising and sad.  May the Lord's Spirit rest with her family during this time.

Linda was a beautiful person.  I take particular joy in remembering a few times walking with her and Henry Davis from some events at school.  She always laughed at what me an Henry were talking about.  She was also an active participant the summer of 1969 when Amiri Baraka came to KCK to help raise bail money for wrongly accused activists.  Linda was a generous spirit for the good and a staunch opponent of evil.  People like her make the world a better place.  She will be missed here but welcome in Paradise.

My sincerest and deepest condolences to Linda's family. I remember the school days and time seems to pass so swiftly. We have the consolation to know we ALL will meet again someday.

God Bless and R.I.P. dear friend Linda.

I think of all of you as my Sumner family and when someone leaves I feel sad even though

I may not have seen them for years. My hope is we will all see each other again in Heaven.

My prayers go out to Linda's family.
